...shh, don't tell anyoneI hope you all enjoy my latest piece. I found it comical, but I'd like you to tell me what you think.

Ugh, I'm so disgustingly perturbed right now.

dA is hiring a Copyright & Etiquette Admin, and I pretty much fit all of the requirements except two.
1. Minimum of 2 years on dA (I have about 2 months left to go, and it might take them that long to decide - besides, I do a lot on here, and my resume and cover letter is impeccable.
2. I'M REQUIRED TO WORK IN DA's HEADQUARTERS; MEANING, I NEED TO BE LIVING IN LOS ANGELES TO BE ABLE TO GO THERE EVERY DAY FOR WORK. Perhaps I'll learn to teleport myself.

Ugh, Still I don't think they will overlook those two.

Maybe whomever fill the position will need help and will require volunteers?

I'd be game for that.

*whining time*
I just want to do as much as I can within the community; it's what I like to do. However, every fricking opportunity to advance or help others is usually shot down because of a rule, overlook, or something like that. I'm getting sick of it (if you can't tell) -- mainly because I can't do anything about it, and it's not up to me. Blah.
*promise time* Dare myself: If something amazing does happen to me on here, I'll shave my head, take a picture, and post if for you guys to make fun of me (ew, I don't even know what I'll look like with a shaved head).
*sigh*

*whining over*
Okay, so, have a good time reading the above and laughing at my possible futuristic look. I'll be taking a little rest now, since I had to get up at 6 a.m, work 'til 4.p.m, and them mow for my neighbor 'til 7:45 p.m.

The Acrostic HaikuType of Contest: Acrostic Haiku. Joining poetry from both eastern and western influences.
It is important to remember that the tutorial (featured at the bottom of this journal as a thumb) is the guideline for this contest.About the contest: Ive combined two forms of poetry : Acrostic (
[link]) and the Haiku (
A word about Haiku by `
MSJames ). One Western and one Eastern, and together, I think they make a wonderfully, beautiful form of poetry that will challenge you yet excite you at the same time. If youre a poet, then try your hand at something as difficult as the villanelle yet much more visually impressive. However, if youre a writer of prose, then why not try something as small and exciting as this. Theres certainly nothing to lose, but there are many things to be gained.

Jade's work is wonderfully exotic. That is the best term I can use to describe it. In fact, that is how she describes her work. The subjects of her work varies sometimes, but her style never does. She uses her skills as a writer to give her readers a sense of euphoria. Sometimes, after I've read one of her pieces, I honestly cannot express how I feel in words. That is her talent; she makes you feel what she does like no other, and she shows you that you don't need spoken words to express your feelings. You only need your body. Take a look at this writer and be astounded. Become wrapped in her web as I have and drink in new imaginings and thoughts from a golden chalice.

We'll have to agree to disagree. I don't think everything that encourages people is good. Sometimes it has a negative effect. But, I see your point as well.
